The Employee to Employer project aimed to identify, document and disseminate best practice approaches to engage adults in entrepreneurship education and to help them start up and run their own business.
To this end, the Project identified the specific training needs of adults by promoting and disseminating an educational system that addresses the Over 50s, highlighting their strengths (experience, skills acquired during their working career) and, thereby, making them respond more proactively to the problem of their integration into the working world.
