The operational structure of PRISM Consulting S.r.l. is able to create film products and social transmedia and corporate storytelling products, following the following organizational/functional steps:
STEP 1Design: identification of objectives and recipients
The activity will be focused on the specific identification of the aims, objectives, methods and style of communication in response to the specific needs of the client and the context
STEP 2Design: plot
This step will be aimed at elaborating the plot and/or a map that summarizes the story.
STEP 3Design: script and/or storyboard
In this step, the script will be elaborated both in textual form through the use of special tools, and visually through storyboarding techniques.
STEP 4Realization: creation of individual media
In this step, the choice of individual mediums will be taken care of, which will be used and combined from time to time to give life to productions of transmedial corporate communication. Transmediality will also allow the development of self-consistent, independent and interdependent frames, such as to allow the public to enjoy both their aggregated and modular use. For this purpose, technologies will be used and integrated into film productions that will allow access to information and content during viewing that increase the viewer’s visual experience.

STEP 5Realization: assembly
In this step the final product will be created, assembling the different elements indicated in Step 4 (images and/or videos, texts, music, audio files etc.).
STEP 6Post-production: labor limae
This step will consist of the correction and perfectioning of the final product, generally using the same tools as in the previous steps both for the video and audio parts, and to create the opening and closing credits and any analogue or digital visual effects.
STEP 7Dissemination and sharing
This step will involve the development of integrated actions to plan, guide and control the communication strategy to maximize the value of the brand, with a process aimed at:
- Creating and capitalizing value for the client
- Managing marketing and communication actions
- Diffusing the culture, values and company products through the main social networks.
