The Further project aimed to develop new learning approaches adapted to family-run businesses operating in the sector of rural tourism and, as a target group, people working in this sector in order to meet their specific learning needs.
The Partnership cooperated, through comparative studies carried out at European level, to identify and analyze key emerging needs in the tourism sector, to identify and update the key competences of people not accustomed to formal learning environments, trying to solve the common learning problems of professionals not equipped with qualifications and working in the tourism industry in terms of marketing of services and business sustainability, with a significant potential impact on the local economy and the job market
