The GHT-Green Horizons: Capacity Building for Green Transormation in the Agri-Food industry project aims to upskill and reskill VET trainees and professionals, enabling them to implement sustainable business practices in the Agri-Food sector. It bridges skill gaps in digitalization and sustainability, equipping SMEs with training in energy efficiency, circular economy, and intelligent processing. Through innovative digital tools and OER, GHT fosters green transformation, ensuring SMEs become more competitive, resilient, and environmentally responsible.
Results include:
- A curriculum and methodology for sustainable Agri-Food training, ensuring it aligns with current sector demands.
- An interactive digital platform, emphasizing sustainable energy practices to bolster the adaptability of Agri-Food SMEs.
- OER and dedicated training content, addressing learning preferences of the Agri-Food community.
